Maple Crown Return & Exchange Policy

Important Notice:

Please double-check your order before placing it to avoid delays or issues.

Size & Color Changes:

If you need to make a change to the size or color of your order, email us before your item is fulfilled at:

Once your order is processed and fulfilled, we are unable to make changes.

Order cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

⏱ Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are issued as store credit (e-gift card) only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We currently do not accept returns from EU addresses.

Damages & Order Issues:

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at the6ix@maplecrown.ca so we can resolve it.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Use your tracking number to follow your delivery.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us within 14 days.

  • Maple Crown is not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided was correct.
