Size & Color Changes:
If you need to make a change to the size or color of your order, email us before your item is fulfilled at:

Once your order is processed and fulfilled, we are unable to make changes.
Order cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
⏱ Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Policy:

Returns are issued as store credit (e-gift card) only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We currently do not accept returns from EU addresses.
Damages & Order Issues:
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at the6ix@maplecrown.ca so we can resolve it.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Lost or Stolen Packages:

Use your tracking number to follow your delivery.

If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us within 14 days.

Maple Crown is not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided was correct.
